Return & Refund
If you are not satisfied with the items you received, we can accept returns within 15 days of receipt for most items in new condition. Please follow the steps below:
a. Please contact Our Customer Service Email (firstname.lastname@example.org), indicating the item(s) you would like to return and the reason.
b. Return instructions will be replied to once receive your request.
c. Ship your item(s) to the designated address and give us the documents related to the return.
d. Once the package is received we will issue the refund to your original payment way within 1 week.
1) Before the package is shipped, we accept order cancellation. Once canceled, we will process the full refund within 2 business days.
2) All return requests must be initiated within 15 days of the delivered day.
3) The following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless the quality problems: bodysuits, lingerie, swimwear, jewelry, final sale item(s), and accessories.
4) Returned items must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that has been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way. We do not accept returned items that do not meet the return criteria.
5) We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us. You are responsible for the return cost. Please notice, The original shipping fee is non-refundable.
6) Please do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return. Please contact our Customer Service for the nearest return address.
7)If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
8)If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
9)No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.
Exchange policy :
All exchange requests will be processed as refunds. The exchange is not available at this time. If you wish to exchange a product, you will need to return your purchase for a refund and place a new order.
Your order will be fully refunded if it is canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Please send an email to Sevice@3rdhill.com if you decide to cancel the order. For orders canceled after 24 hours of purchase but before shipment, a 15% cancellation fee is applied. We will NOT accept an order cancellation request if the order has already been shipped.
