Return & Refund
If you are not satisfied with the items you received, we are able to accept returns within 15 days of receipt for most items in new condition. Please follow the steps below:
a. Please contact Our Customer Service Email (email@example.com), indicating the item(s) you would like to return and the reason.
b. Return instructions will be replied once receive your request.
c. Ship your item(s) to the designated address and give us the documents related to the return.
d. Once the package is received we will issue the refund to your original payment way within 1 week.
1) Before the package is shipped, we accept order cancellation. Once canceled, we will process the full refund within 2 business days.
2) All return requests must be initiated within 15 days of the delivered day.
3) The following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless the quality problems: bodysuits, lingerie, swimwear, jewelry, final sale item(s) and accessories.
4) Returned items must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that has been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way. We do not accept returned items that do not meet the return criteria.
5) We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us. You are responsible for the return cost. Please notice, The original shipping fee is non-refundable.
6) Please do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return. Please contact our Customer Service for the nearest return address.
